Static balance machine and dynamic balancing machine
Gravity balance machines and centrifugal balance machines are two types of typical balancing machines. Gravity balancing machines are generally referred to as static balancing machines. It relies on the gravity of the rotor itself to measure static imbalance.
The gravity balancer is only suitable for some disc-shaped parts that are not well balanced. For rotors with high balance requirements, centrifugal single-sided or double-sided balancing machines are generally used.
The centrifugal balancer measures the imbalance according to the support vibration caused by the rotor imbalance or the vibration force acting on the support in a state where the rotor rotates. It can be divided into a single-sided balancing machine and a double-sided balancing machine according to the number of correction planes. The single-sided balancing machine can only measure the imbalance on one plane (static imbalance). Although it is measured while the rotor is rotating, it still belongs to the static balance machine. The double-sided balancing machine can measure the dynamic imbalance, and can also measure the static imbalance and the even imbalance, which are generally called dynamic balance machines.
Soft bearing dynamic balancing machine and hard bearing dynamic balancing machine
Centrifugal force balancing machine can be divided into soft bearing dynamic balancing machine and hard bearing dynamic balancing machine according to different bearing characteristics.
The balance speed is higher than the natural frequency of the rotor-support system, which is called a soft-support dynamic balancing machine. The balancer has a small support stiffness, and the signal detected by the sensor is proportional to the vibration displacement of the support. It has the characteristics of small influence from external vibration signals, high measurement accuracy, and is suitable for mass production.
The balance speed is lower than the natural frequency of the rotor-support system. It is called a hard-bearing dynamic balancing machine. The balance of the balancer is large, and the signal detected by the sensor is proportional to the vibration force of the support. It has the characteristics of being balanced at low speed, easy to operate and safe.
